There’s something special about feeling understood. When you know you’re accepted, just as you are, healing comes a little easier.Â
We view diversity and compassion as the basis of meaningful mental health care at Restoration Children Facilities.Â
Such values are not merely an addition to our activities, but rather what we are and what directs us in serving children, teenagers and adults who are going through the stresses of life.
Our Philosophy
Each person comes with their story, influenced by family, culture, and personal challenges.Â
We understand that as long as those differences are honored and welcomed, the process of healing can begin.Â
Our greatest aspiration, at our facilities, is to ensure you feel safe, respected, and heard- regardless of your background.
Compassion
To us, compassion is not just being kind but a habit. It consists of questioning, listening intently, and never making a judgment about what someone is experiencing.Â
Wherever you are, our providers meet you there, whether you are calling us the first time or already on your healing journey.Â
We do not want to make any visitor feel dissuaded or neglected.Â
The process of actual change begins when people feel like they are genuinely cared about, and that is embedded in all the services we provide to people.
Our Programs
Empathy and diversity are not only our values, but they actually define our programs.Â
We understand that treatment is multifaceted and the appropriate strategy requires more than a diagnosis.
To each people, we consider the entire picture: emotional, educational, social, and psychological needs.
Our Core Services
To best serve the needs of youth and adults, our offerings include:
- Acute Partial Hospitalization Program. An organized day treatment program that offers a caring environment and intensive therapy instead of inpatient treatment
- Crisis Response & Stabilization. Instant support enables people to cope with acute emotional or behavioral situations so that everyone has a safe breathing space
- Targeted Case Management. Mental health, social, legal and medical support and coordination on an individual basis, navigating clients through systems that can be confusing
- Medication Monitoring. Frequent supervision to ensure that the medicines are effective and help to improve general well-being
- Educational Support Programs. Academic assistance and after-school services that keep students on track when times get rough, learning is also a part of the healing process
